the unit we got was neat with windows heading north as well as double bed. the location was particularly good and perfect, next to old town. every member of the staff was pleasant.

Clean property, competent staff. Delicious and sensational breakfast with a lot of food.

The staff were very friendly, well-trained. Our room was recently renovated and functional, available with the bathroom, lovely glass balcony, for instance. The location was ideal, just a pleasant stroll away from ivalon helluntaikirkko. There was pretty good in-house restaurant with delicious meals.

This hotel is in a great location by the river and opposite a large supermarket. The rooms are spacious and come with a big flat-screen TV. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a good variety of options, and the view from some rooms is quite nice. The hotel also has a sauna in the rooms, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day.

The wifi can be a bit unreliable at times.

The hotel is standard good, no luxury but confortable. The location is excellent, as well as the restaurant. Good lappish food and funny karaoke during weekends. I'll be back.

The only negative point is the disco bar located under the hotel, opened weekends fron 23 to 4 A.M. Disco music could be such a drag for visitors looking for a peaceful sleeping time.

Most comfortable beds I've slept in for *ages*! Food was delicious - try the reindeer, and the staff let me keep the room until my bus in the afternoon. Very considerate!

One staff member was a little abrasive and the sauna was not working.

Best and extremely helpful staff who were always there to help. I was here for 1 night and ate at in-house restaurant with nice food. A hair dryer and a kettle were a bonus.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, providing exceptional customer service. They even allowed us to check in early and organized a delicious takeaway breakfast when we mentioned we would miss the regular breakfast due to an early check out. The room itself was exactly as described, with comfy beds and a cozy atmosphere. The private sauna was a fantastic bonus and added to the overall comfort and relaxation. The portion sizes at the restaurant were generous, ensuring a satisfying dining experience.

The kitchen was closed early (6 pm) compared to general standard!

A nice size and recently refurbished room with double bed, walk in shower, as for instance as expected. Quiet location next to the center of Ivalo town, the river and the sauna, and the supermarkets, tasty food.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage with them until check-in. They also provided us with great guidance on exploring the city center. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, and we loved having a private sauna. The amenities in the room, such as towels, kettle, tea bags, and a hairdryer. The breakfast spread was amazing, offering a wide choice of hams, cheese, bread, and more. Definitely worth the price, and we will definitely book here again for our next stay.

I liked warm atmosphere,the politeness of the stuff ( they answered all my questions, told me about the local places of interest) ,the sauna, the delicious meals.

We liked silence and rest and a convenient place an arrangement.

We think that the price for number is a little overestimated.
